Pool Rules

The pool rules and regulations of The Village of Hickory Pointe are established for the protection and benefit of the residents and to assure the safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities.  Any failure to comply with these rules is cause for suspension of pool privileges.

Homeowners will be admitted with their pool pass. Please do not let a neighbor use your pass, if a neighbor does not have a pass it is because they have not paid their dues.  The passes are numbered and recorded to your address. If you lose your pass there will be a $10.00 charge for a new pass.

9:00 a.m. to 8:00pm through Labor Day weekend.

If lightning or thunder is present everyone must clear the pool area immediately, and wait a minimum of 30 minutes after the last lightning strike to re-enter the pool area.

  • All persons entering the pool area must display their pool pass.  Admittance will not be allowed without it. A resident must accompany guests.

  • No owner may bring more than 4 guests.

  • Children 13 and under must be accompanied by adult over the age of 18.

  • Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to supervise more than 2 children (13 and under).
