Homeowners - please note: The paved surfaces in common areas are not maintained in the winter. When using these areas please exercise caution and do so at your own risk. |
Homeowners are Responsible for Shoveling Their Sidewalks
Per Pittsfield Township ordinance - homeowners are responsible for shoveling their sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowfall. Neighbors are alerting all that icy sidewalks are treacherous and there are many who walk the sidewalks in the winter (for their dogs, their kids, their own exercise, etc.). Please be neighborly and shovel your walks. The sooner you shovel, the less probability of compressed snow or ice!! Complaints can be made to the township if a neighbor sees an ongoing issue with a homeowner. But hopefully that won't happen and we'll all try to help each other out. |

If you reach out to Select Management for assistance and have to leave a message, please make sure to indicate you live in the Village of Hickory Pointe. Select Management represents many communities and have many Property Managers. Messages are routed to Property Managers of the corresponding community. Identifying what property you live in will help the message get to the correct Property Manager so your question / need can be responded to. |

You won't be able to vote this way though. If you want to vote, you must come to the pool, register and complete a ballot. Meeting officially starts at 6:00 p.m. (Registration was at 5:30 p.m.)

We can meet under the community building. We will be presenting the meeting via Zoom (though cannot field input/ questions/ participation via Zoom). You can come to the meeting, register and then watch / listen via Zoom and drop your ballot off if you're worried about the weather. Registration must happen before the vote and ballots must be dropped off by 7:30 p.m.
