Pool closes end of day September 7, 2026 (Labor Day)
VILLAGE OF HICKORY POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
COMMUNITY POOL FACILITIES RULES
Effective September 4, 2026, until amended or replaced by the Board.
● Pool use is limited to Owners, their residents, tenants, and their authorized guests.
● A valid pool pass is required for entry to the Community Pool Facilities.
● Residents must accompany their guests at all times.
● Maximum 4 guests per household
● Children 13 and under must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult resident or guest (18 or older).
● Residents or guests between the ages of 18 and 22 years may supervise no more than 2 children under 13 at one time.
● If the supervising adult leaves, the children must leave also.
● NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY – Swim at your own risk.
● No glass containers.
● No alcohol, smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs may be used in the pool area.
● Children not toilet-trained must wear approved swim diapers.
● Do not enter the pool if you have a communicable illness or open, draining wounds.
● Exit the pool immediately if thunder is heard or lightning is within 10 miles of the Community Pool Facilities. The pool will remain closed for at least 30 minutes after the last audible thunder clap and after lightning is no longer within 10 miles of the Community Pool Facilities.
● Please clean up after yourself before leaving the pool area.
Please be respectful of your neighbors. There is:
● No running or horseplay
● No diving, flips, cannonballs, or unsafe entries into the pool
● No fighting, harassment, threats, or abusive language
● No loud or disruptive music
● No glass containers
● No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, or roller blades inside the fenced pool area
● No behavior that could damage Association property
POOL EQUIPMENT
● Small flotation devices and toys are permitted if they do not interfere with others or create a safety hazard.
● Large inflatables or equipment may be restricted when necessary for safety and capacity.
● Pool furniture shall remain on the pool deck.
STAFF AUTHORITY
Pool Staff are authorized to enforce these rules and may require anyone who violates them or creates an unsafe condition to leave the pool area for the remainder of the day.
ENFORCEMENT
Owners are responsible for the conduct of their family members, tenants, and guests.
Repeated or serious violations may result in fines or suspension of pool privileges after notice and an opportunity for a hearing before the Board of Directors, in accordance with the Association's 2026 Pool Rules and Regulations and Pool Enforcement & Due Process Policy.
